Good and fast laboratory diagnostics are the key to success in dermatology and internal medicine. This is why the Obersee practice has invested heavily in laboratory technology. The equipment is all state of the art and works at the level of reference laboratories. This enables us to carry out a large number of examinations directly on site without delay.
Blood samples are analyzed directly within minutes. Cell samples can be scanned and analyzed using artificial intelligence. The images are compared online with thousands of references in order to detect deviations or pathogens. If the findings are unclear, the data is sent to international specialists who provide an expert opinion 24/7 within a maximum of two hours. We also use the same technology to analyze faecal samples.
We also continue to work with renowned reference laboratories that collect samples from us twice a day. This enables us to guarantee the availability of all up-to-date laboratory tests.
